🔄 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with European e-commerce regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU).

✅ Conditions for Return

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with tags still attached.
Products must be packed in their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products.
Products must be free from signs of use, perfumes, or alterations.

📦 How to Make a Return

Contact us within 14 days of receipt at the email address indicated on the Contact Us page.
Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive detailed instructions for returning the product within 24-48 hours.

💳 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification upon confirmation of the refund.

⚠️ Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you have received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part, for which we will cover the entire cost of return.
